Delete your account

You can delete your Heavenly Mandate online account and its data at any time, in either of two ways.
In the game (instant)
- Open Settings › Online.
- Tap Delete my online account, then confirm.
Your account is deleted at once.
By email (no game needed)
Send an email to heavenlymandatesupport@gmail.com with the subject Delete my account and your player name (shown in the game under Online, for example Name#1234). We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted: your online account, player name, ratings and ranks, match history and friends list. Your name is also removed from saved match records.
What is kept: nothing from your account. Match records that included you stay for the other players, without your name.
On your device: offline progress stays on your phone until you uninstall the game.

删除账号
你可以随时通过以下任一方式删除《天命》的在线账号及其数据。
在游戏中（立即生效）
- 打开 设置 › 联机对战。
- 点击 删除我的在线账号 并确认。
通过邮件（无需打开游戏）
发送邮件至 heavenlymandatesupport@gmail.com，主题写 Delete my account，并附上你的玩家名称（例如 名字#1234）。我们会在 30 天内删除并通过邮件确认。
删除内容：在线账号、玩家名称、评分和段位、对局记录及好友列表；保存的对局记录中的名字也会被移除。设备上的离线进度会保留，直到你卸载游戏。
Hapus akunmu
Kamu bisa menghapus akun online Heavenly Mandate dan datanya kapan saja, dengan salah satu cara berikut.
Di dalam game (langsung)
- Buka Setelan › Online.
- Ketuk Hapus akun Online-ku, lalu konfirmasi.
Lewat email (tanpa membuka game)
Kirim email ke heavenlymandatesupport@gmail.com dengan subjek Delete my account dan nama pemainmu (misalnya Nama#1234). Kami menghapusnya dalam 30 hari dan mengonfirmasi lewat email.
Yang dihapus: akun online, nama pemain, rating dan rank, riwayat pertandingan, dan daftar teman; namamu juga dihapus dari catatan pertandingan yang tersimpan. Progres offline tetap di ponselmu sampai game dicopot.
